Cammy, sarcastic but hopeful, is a first year college student. She and her lab partner Tyler get along well…maybe a little too well. Does he like her? Or are they too comfortable for that? Does it even matter–she might not even like him that way!

When Tyler’s ex-girlfriend comes back into the picture, Cammy has to figure out what she really wants.

Will she embrace her innate nerdy quirks see the simple beauty of reality? Or does she unleash her inner princess as she tries to pursues her fairy tale?

Thoughts:
It's a pretty short VN, around less than an hour I suppose. :) The art may be simple, but it's tolerable. Comparing it to the other better known freeeware VNs from LemmaSoft though, the art could use some improvement. Some lines were a little rough. And Tania and the other girls' sprites were all of different sizes and quality. Still, I myself can't make that kind of art, so, haha... yeah. :)

I found one problem though. Well, not exactly a problem, but... it makes things seem a bit off during character transitions and exits.

You're... you're a...
All characters are like that, except for a minor character, a pink-haired girl in the sleepover part whose head, for a while, peeks up from behind the textbox. It kinda reminds me of the same problem with the sprites in Idol Crush, which all end at the waist.

As for the story, it's okay. Hm, it's not exactly my type, but the pacing is good. It's definitely a slice-of-life. I mean, like I said, the story's okay. Although, in the first half of this VN, my only gripe with this slice-of-life was that, even though I could relate to the scenes, I couldn't relate to the emotions. I'm not saying it's bad, it's just that, it didn't elicit any reaction from me. I know some parts were supposed to make me feel romantic or whatever (or for Filipinos out there, they were supposed to be nakakakilig) But I was... completely unaffected. Oooooh, what the heck is wrong with you Ran?!

Until Tyler's ringtone played...

Me too!

I know that song. "You Belong With Me" by Taylor Swift. Ha! A huge favorite of mine when it first came out back in 5th or 6th grade. And that, my friends, is when I smiled at the colored art on this VN, thinking, "Well, what do you know..." So nakakakilig!

The inclusion of the song totally made me realize how it's perfect for this story. :) Haha. Tyler and Cammy actually seem pretty cute together, and after hearing this ringtone, I began to see Tyler as that cute dude from Taylor Swift's MV for "You Belong With Me". Lol.

So, in short, the 2nd half of this VN redeemed the beginning for me. Haha. I loved the dialogues from that point, and I really enjoyed Cammy's thoughts. Hahaha. :)

Awwwww.
Oh, and by the way, I got the Princess Ending! Cool right. There are 11 endings total, so just give them all a go! Personally, I loved this ending best, even though it seemed cliche and all that. Haha. The tune "Can't Help Falling In Love With You" played in the end and that was just so awwwww. :") Haha. Even though Cammy was so painfully dense. Ugh. Hahaha.

Perfect ending to this story.
Bottom line, I did enjoy this slice-of-life story, even though the beginning was a bit uneventful for me. I give this 7/10 strawberries. Check it out on the official site, right here.
